NIH Consulting is a subsidiary of Naledzi Investment Holdings , a Johannesburg based level 1 BBBEE rated company that was founded in 2014 to provide a range of essential services to customers across all vertical sectors throughout Southern Africa. We focus on sustainable
solutions including Information Communications Technology, Project Management, Renewable Energy, Digital Signature, etc. that help our customers to operate efficiently.

We have a combined experience of more than 40 years of successfully delivering secure, innovative and complex information technology to a variety of customers from all vertical sectors throughout sub-Saharan Africa.
 
Our experience spans sales, solution design, system configuration, implementation, commissioning as well as technical support of networking, security , voice as well software applications and project management. We also have extensive experience of leading teams that deployed and maintained some of the largest network solutions in multi-vendor environments for both private sector and public sector customers. It is this level of dedication that has seen us being awarded various product management as well as partner of the year awards after having positively influenced various teams to achieve incredible sales achievements over a number of years.
 
We have completed a number of qualifications including a Bachelor of Science degree, Postgraduate diploma in Telecomms as well as Management Advancement Program and a Master of Business Administration.
 
We have also completed a number of product specific training programs as well as product specific certification including Sales certification, solution design specialist as well as technical support specialisations that enabled us to assist the sales and technical teams to design, implement and support the best solutions possible to better address our customer requirements.

Ratshibvumo Erastus Matodzi
Ratshibvumo Erastus Matodzi is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years’ experience of successfully delivering technology solutions to customers across various vertical sectors throughout sub-Saharan Africa. He is passionate about utilising technology to address business challenges to help customers improve efficiency and  reduce operational costs. He holds an MBA from the University of Wales in the UK, a Management Advancement Program certificate from Wits Business School as well as a BSc degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
